We've also spent time serving on admissions committees—reviewing applications, conducting interviews, and making critical decisions about student admissions. Through this invaluable experience, we've identified precisely what works and what doesn't in the medical school admissions process.

Dr. Swetlik

Dr. Swetlik is the Neurology Chief Resident at the Cleveland Clinic. She received her BA from the University of Chicago and her MD/MS from the Cleveland Clinic Lerner College of Medicine at Case Western Reserve University (CCLCM). During her time at CCLCM, she interviewed applicants as an admissions committee interviewer, served on the student assessment committee, and taught communication skills courses. She has mentored numerous premeds from diverse backgrounds and loves to help applicants spotlight their unique strengths and experiences in each phase of the application cycle.

Dr. Jenny Jing graduated from McGill medical school and is currently an orthopaedic surgery resident at the University of Calgary. She grew primarily in the Greater Boston area and completed her Bachelor's degree at the University of New Hampshire. She has extensive experience mentoring premedical students in all aspects of the application process. She is especially skilled at coaching candidates to ace the Casper test, MMIs and panel/traditional interviews. In her spare time, she likes lifting weights and spending time with her partner who works in finance! She loves helping premeds because she loves to inspire confidence in others and bring out the best in her students.
